Bangalore, August 27 & 28, 2015

THE WORKSHOP

International Accreditation secures and enhances the reputation of a business education campus  that is providing high quality business programs. It also builds the school as nothing else would when the accreditaion begins at the campus. The faculty, the students and the stakeholders along with the management are aligned  to the common goal of building a glbally benchmarked school on all aspects based on the mission set out by the school. The entire accreditaiton process is dynamic and mission driven.

For achieving such synergy, a strong mentor and peer support eco system becomes essential. At different points of time in the accreditation process, different peers  would be involved all of whom would   cohesively build the school based on the structure laid out in the ACBSP accreditation process documents ably interpreted by a trained mentor. The process itself involves the school preparing a self-study report with the help of the mentor which is then reviewed by a team of ACBSP evaluators both prior to and during the site visit of the candidate school. Mentors and evaluators are  the backbone  of any accreditation process!

The two day workshop on August 27& 28, 2015 is being held in Bangalore, Karnakata South West of India, a coastal state with beautiful beaches and Bangalore also being the  Indian equivalent of the Silicon Valley !  The workshop is to help reach out the  accredited schools of the 17 countries of the Region 10 and help their faculty to become a more proactive partners in the accreditation process of ACBSP being pursued by a number schools in the region.
